- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please retain this as proof of purchase.
- Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has been authorised and verified.

2. Shipping Destinations

- 2.2 Shipping Restrictions: Orders can be shipped to residential, business, and PO Box addresses. Some international destinations may be excluded due to carrier restrictions or customs limitations.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
- Express Shipping (Australia): 2–5 business days – Free
- Express Shipping (International): Delivery time varies by location – $35 AUD
- *Note: Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the order date.*
3.1 Additional Notes
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary based on delivery address, shipping method, carrier delays, and product availability.
- Large or multi-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels.
- Shipping charges are based on total order weight and shipping method selected during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
- 4.1 Domestic Tracking: All Australian orders include tracking.
- 4.2 International Tracking: International orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post with tracking provided. If alternative shipping arrangements are requested, tracking may not be available, and we cannot guarantee delivery.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
- All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country.
- That Golden Gal Pty Ltd is not responsible for any such charges and has no control over delays caused by customs.
- All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please email hello@thatgoldengal.com immediately, including photos of the packaging and contents.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
- If you suspect your package is lost:
- - First check with household members, neighbours, and safe-drop areas (e.g., behind gates, meter boxes).

9. Consumer Rights
- Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, not delivered as described, or fail to arrive within a reasonable timeframe.

- That Golden Gal Pty Ltd is responsible for ensuring that your order arrives in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe.
- In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
- All orders are shipped with tracking. If your item does not arrive, please contact us at hello@thatgoldengal.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a resolution.
- Shipping insurance is not required to access these rights.
- However, for international customers wishing to add additional protection, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout or by contacting us prior to dispatch.
