18ct Yellow Gold Asscher Cut Citrine Earrings

Two citrines, stacked in scale, doing the same thing at different volumes. The smaller stone sits close to the ear, the larger one drops just below it, both cut square with the same cropped corners, both held in a full bezel of 18ct gold.

The proportion is the whole idea here. A single stone earring makes a statement; two, graduated and connected by the smallest hinge of gold, makes a shape. The movement between them catches light twice over, so the earrings shift as the head turns rather than sitting static against the ear.

Citrine's colour is on full display here, honeyed and golden with real depth running through both stones. Substantial enough to be seen from across a room, but with the drop and hinge giving them movement most stud-set stones don't have.

These earrings are in excellent pre-loved condition. Incredibly minor patina. These earrings come with wide disc butterfly back closures.
